Barbie Bahamas Beach Vacation

As the right hand to the Executive Producer/Creative Director, I helped design, source, schedule, and build an activation for Barbie at Atlantis Resort in The Bahamas. Working on a tight 9 week deadline and 2M budget, I also navigated international shipping, customs, and travel to build out hotel suites, a cafe and ice cream shop, pool cabanas, and ticketed experience including a ball pit, games and activities, and a Barbie cruise ship with a slide!
